Inter-Isle is manned and staffed by a management group of qualified specialists and technicians who are responsible for coordinating Inter-Isle’s team of a highly skilled production workforce, some with over forty years experience in the Marine Construction and ship repair industry.
Inter-Isle’s training and recruitment policy has enabled the company to maintain an adequate pool of skilled personnel. From our in-house training programs for tradesmen and engineers, we are able to develop and generate our own work force. At present, there are 100 skilled and experienced personnel employed at Inter Isle Construction and Fabrication. Our Team consists of surveyors, project engineers, certified quality assurance and quality control engineers, draughts men, paint specialists, certified NACE, machinists, electrical and mechanical specialists.
